speakers for 360

Right i posted this in the games forum but had no luck so hopw someone can help me out.

I'm getting a xbox 360 and want to play it through my 19" hanns-g lcd monitor. Now my speakers have 2 mini-jack inputs going into the back of the pc's onboard sound. Which are connected to the volume control box for my 2.1 speakers. My monitor only has line in socket, no line out and no headphone socket. So how would i get sound to my speakers from my 360 without having my computer on?

There are no phonos to my speakers only ones that go into the volume box then from volume box wire goes into mini-jacks to back of my pc. Suggestions?

Not sure why you have 2 cables going to your sound card for 2.1?

Probably better if you draw a diagram and post it on here.
