My younger brother is after a set of speakers, only thing is he can only stretch to a maximum of £30... Just wondering if there are any decent speakers in that price range that have good sound quality and a bit of bass. Cheers.

the Creative Inspire T3100 2.1 Speakers are good for the price and you can turn the
base up and down.

well ive got some 2.1 philip speakers and all i can say is they are fantastic. they were only £25 , perfect, not sure if i can say where i got them though. just think of it like this , the ***** catalog.
