I am moving to uni in a week and a bit and I would like a 2.1 setup, but I would like to have my xbox 360 and my PC plugged into it. Could I get a 2.1 setup for less than £70 with space to plug in my 360 and PC at the same time, and how would you go about switching between the two?

My existing cheap 5.1 has a control box thing with all the volume controls on to adjust bass, center, rear speakers etc and all the wires go from there into my PC onboard soundcard.

As you can tell I'm not clued up so need some advice on what I can get to enable me to play 360 and PC with decent quality speakers.

P.S. The 360 is going to be connected to my monitor so there are audio cables as shown in the picture below

I'm tempted by the "Acoustic Energy Aego M 2.1 Speakers"

Anybody got these? I think I could plug the red and white jacks from the xbox 360 cable into the slots on the back of the sub and then the speakers into my PC via a standard 3.5 to 3.5 phono cable. Is the only place for a phono cable on the front of the sub though? Seems a bit messy running a cable from the front of the sub to the back of my PC.
