Is there some setting I've missed on Snow Leopard that gets VoiceOver to read times correctly? 
Tiger wasn't great, but it'd at least say "it's zero-thirty", instead of Snow Leopard with "it's zero-three-zero". FAIL - that's not even trying at all!
PS - it's only taken me six months to upgrade. The DVD would still be in the jacket if I hadn't decided I finally wanted to install iOS 4.2 on my iPhone (something that can't be done using OS X Tiger).
Edit - it's worked since 1AM. Bizarre! I'll leave this to see what happens at midnight.
