Hi, I posted here about a week ago asking for improvements to my spec.

Ordered most of that now (waiting on stock).

My friend has now decided that he wants a computer.

His budget is £400 to £500 and needs an operating system. He would prefer to keep it on the £400 side and no other peripherals/DVD drive needed.

This was his suggestion, mainly because he doesn't know what AMD is and thinks i3 sounds cool...

like both specs, so well done on getting them right,

I just have a hatred of m atx motherboards, so would change the motherboard in the second spec to a normal size.

Both look good, If you want a true quad core then look at the AMD.

Right folks sorry to bump this up.

My (very cool) friend has decided that he wants to get the 'OCUK Gangster Case - Red'

Can anyone confirm or deny that this is supplied with the LEDs (the main reason he wants it).

Also trying to explain that he's probably going to want a rear exhaust fan which will put the price up even more because '- Rear exhaust cooling 120mm (fans not included)'

He still hasn't decided which spec he wants but has decided he wants an ATX mobo, not M-ATX.

Hi there, as for the case LEDs I have absolutely no idea. I would suggest dropping OCUK a quick webnote to see what the situation is.

As for which spec to go for - the i3 will be better for games and the AMD quad core will generally be better for encoding. Would you eb able to tell us what graphics card he has got, so we can ensure that the PSU will be powerful enough to supply it.
