Spec a £1200 system

I am looking for some help to spec me a £1200 system,

The system will be used for gaming, office, watching blue ray and general use. I do not need a monitor as I already have an HD monitor. I do require an operating system and looking at the new windows 7.

Also I would prefer a dedicated 7.1 sound card.

Hope someone can help here?

Xonar STX (or D2X if its out of budget)
Core i7 920
6Gb Corsair DDR3 RAM
Corsair HX650
Gigabyte x58 board
HD5850 (Or if they're hard to come across and you MUST build it now, BFG GTX275)
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1Tb
Corsair H50
Antec 300 or 902, depending on which you like the look of best

Any remaining money can be put towards better case fans

Thanks for your help, does anyone have any other ideas?? Any help most appreciated, im new to all this!
