Since you are crossfiring you might want to think about full tower case and water cooling to get some space in the case... but my spec should all fit but it might be tight and look crowded.

Thanks - I think I have chosen my spec but I want a closed loop liquid cpu cooler but I am not sure which one to get. Any advice?

Nice spec, but a decent monitor is gonna take you £100+ over your initial budget.
