Spec a card £120

Have the following:
i5 3570k @ 4.2ghz
gigabyte z77d3h
OCZ ZS Series 550W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply

Running an old GT 440 that was only ever meant as a stop gap on my last PC.

Looking for gaming, mainly strategy (would be nice to run Rome 2 on high settings) but also some FPS.

Monitor is 1680x1050 dvi, second monitor is vga (but not used for games). An included VGA adapter would be a bonus but hardly a deal breaker, just save me buying a dvi-vga cable.

What card could I replace it with for around the £120 mark? Would I see a significant improvement over the GT440 (which I still find is running everything, but is getting towards only managing absolute minimum settings on newer games like mass effect 3). If the improvement at that price isn't going to be amazing I might try to save more towards the £200 mark.

An upgrade to a 560 or 6870 would be huge over the 440. Both are £20 overbudget though! If you can find the extra £20, comparison between the two £140 cards - http://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/543?vs=540

Or you could go for the cheaper (but my fav midrange card) the 6850.

Possibly a second hand GTX 560ti.

Those benchmarks really are night and day, didn't realise I'd get that much more performance.

I think of those, I like the look of the 6870 the best, just got to find that last little bit of cash to buy one! Thanks.
