Need a new case. Something that:

1. Can hold 8800GTX's
2. Is quiet
3. Can take a watercooling hookup (double 12cm fan Rad)
4. Is smaller than a full-tower. Around midi-size.
5. Here's the crunch. Ideally sub £100

Eclipse does look good.

I've got to be honest here, I see a lot of fans of the Lian-Li cases, but I don't understand why?

They look as plain, bland and ugly as hell and while I'm sure I'm missing some great thing about them, currently can't understand why anyone would want one.

Anyone care to enlighten me?

Quality.

Also since its plain and not in your face in terms of looks, it will never go out of fashion, good resale value.

They look stunning in real life. The build quality is second bar none.(Well, maybe Soldam Windy or ATCS but those arn't made anymore) They are well designed and thought out and don't rely on silly gimmics. They're not bland, theyre refined. Its like looking at an Aston Martin and saying its bland compared to a pink suped up Nova. :)
