Hey my friend is wanting a new PC to replace his old 800mhz jobby.

The PC is used for music production, but the PC needs to be cheap as possible.

Fruityloops and Cool Edit Pro i think is what is mainly used.

Doesnt have to include a monitor or keyboard or mouse. Speakers possibly.

Again, cheap as possible if you can.
