greater than 2.0 but less than 3.0
auto
built in sat nav is a must (can this be found in the 1 series coupe?)
currently has bmw e92 3 series in mind

cheers

Greater than 2.0 but less than 3.0.

What a stupid criteria, pretty much rules the E92 out as the Efficient Dynamics range - ie 57 plate onwards have either 2 litre or 3 litre engines. Thats it. M3 aside, there is no other engine capacity available.

The only exception is that a very small number of the early 325i Coupe's had a 2.5 litre engine but it emits more CO2 and uses more fuel than the later 3 litre engine anyway.

Probably means between 2 and 3 litres, whats his best bet then for a 3 series Fox?

As I said, from 57 plate onwards there are zero 3 Series with an engine greater than 2 litres but less than 3. They all have either 2 or 3 litre engines.

Prior to 57 plate the 325i had a 2.5 litre engine but it drinks more than the later 3 litre, it costs more to tax than the later 3 litre, it uses more fuel than the later 3 litre, so why would you choose one other than to satisfy some sort of meaningless criteria?

assuming that wasnt there, then what else is worth looking at?

and can a 1 series coupe be found with a built in satnav?

325i or 330i but to be honest £18k for a nice M Sport with navigation is not going to happen really, not enough money. 330i certainly not though the 325i does tend to be quite a bit cheaper so that might be easier to find.

Yes it can, but its quite rare.

Not a fan of spec my friend threads because, well, talking about cars using third hand information sucks.
