I am in need of a GPU to run a Desktop PC at 1440p which is not used for games. There will be no video editing, no heavy photoshop (if any) either. It's literally just for building websites, running Visual studio and net. There is a reason I cannot use on board graphics from the CPU in my sig.

Can I assume that something such as a silent 720 would do this just fine or am I missing out on a cheaper option? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-022-PL&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=2304

Only potential is I may want two monitors at some point but this isn't definite. I'm not normally shopping at this end hence not having a clue really.

All of those seem a bit expensive if you don't need it for anything other than just displaying the image, surely anyone of these will do the job.

I wouldn't worry about memory requirements either as the frame buffer required even for a 4k screen is only something like 32mb.
