Hi all,

Just wondered what PC people would suggest if money was literally no problem at all.

It's not for me, I am just interested to know what people would suggest :)

Thanks,

G

We get these threads all the time, to be honest the answer is nearly always the same.

3xSLI Titans, X79 Intel 3970X or whatever it is called, full watercooling, max RAM in a 900D with PCIe SSDs and a NAS for all my media connected over thunderbolt and RAID SSDs for games and development environment.

Just with some crazy watercooling loop :)

Why not buy a D-Wave 2 quantum computer while you are at it, they do sell computer products but wouldn't associate D:Wave systems as a OCUK competitor.

Considering the D:Wave one costs $10,000,000 you need a pretty large wallet. Google and NASA just bought one and I'm sure the D:Wave 2 owners club will be very cozy.

If you had asked before the PS3 update that disabled installing linux onto the PSU firmware you could have built a super computer much like the one they have running in the pentagon. You can however downgrade each and every console manually to the old firmware.

For a case for this system, I suggest asking in the case section of the forums as don't have a clue sorry. Lian Li might have something though.

Here is your basket for it, Trust me OCUK would do backflips if you picked it. Nice part is its free shipping.

1761 x Sony PlayStation 3 12GB Console with God Of War Ascension £144.95 (£255,256.95)
Total : £255,256.95 (includes shipping : FREE).
