Why does he want 6GB RAM? It's hard to do with dual-channel systems, as different RAM densities are ok, but are better matched.
 
Can I ask why you **MUST** have 6GB RAM, surely 4GB would be much better with that kind of budget (Seeing as most CPU/Mobo at this budget are usually dual channel and not tripple)
