Spec a shuttle or so pc?

Hey wanted to know if any of u could spec a shuttle pc....or equivalent(box shaped and small). A friend of mine has asked me to help him spec one but I dont really know anything bout these sort of pcs. Well, his budget is small(400 less pounds), he doesnt need a monster machine, just one that he can go on internet with, burn cds, store his music and use things like word, etc.
Anyways looking forward to ure specs!

cheers for the replies guys.......Sounds ***, I gather the first option is a no go for the mistake, but the 2 choice looks ok, even though above budget ts not too bad. What about if we threww in a monitor? what would be the ideal choice? And one more thing....with these specs, I wouldnt need anything else? I mean that thats all no other parts required? WOuld this system be able to handle internet access.....music playing and normal tasks? what bout gaming? its not needed for gaming but just wanted to know.....is it an ok pc for its price or what?
