I would defiantly go for a new CPU motherboard and RAM, as performance in WoW is very CPU dependent, but hold off on the graphics card.

Your 260 may be old but it is still ok for WoW due to the age of the game and the range of hardware it is designed to run on. I used to run one paired with a Q6600 back when I played during Cata. I would get over 60FPS when questing, dropping to around the mid 40s when in large cites / 25 man raids.

Edit: Cheaper option, Keep your motherboard and RAM but change the CPU for a Phenom II 955BE / 965BE. You should be able to pick the up for fairly cheap and they will do a good job of WoW, if you get the Black editions they are fairly easy to Overclock which will give even better performance.

(Note the WoW result is only running at 1680x1050 so running at higher res will reduce the FPS)

Am I the only person who looked at the OP's motherboard model in the first post?

Its a DDR3 AM3 board that according to Gigabyte supports up to a Phenom II X6 1100T and according to Google, people are running 8 core Bulldozers in it.

@OP just get a decent CPU upgrade and a decent GPU then you will be sorted :)

New CPU like the above user said, also the GTX260 should be able to play WoW, it can play some newer titles @1080p with everything at low.

Also hate that HDD, always read it has dickstar for some reason lol. /childish.

GTX 260 can play WoW on low. WoW isn't really that GPU dependent anyway so if you are on a REALLY restricted budget you can keep that GPU and just upgrade your Motherboard, CPU and RAM.

The AMD sempron CPU is really lacking as WoW runs a lot on the CPU side of things.
This bundle for example would work just fine:
AMD Piledriver FX-6 6300 3.50GHz DDR3 Bundle

Im with the above two guys aswell, get one of these AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition ocuk dont sell them no idea why! But google will show you the way, they range from 65/85 so shop around and get these too, you'll be ready to rock!
