No system will struggle with 850W, even with 2, prob even 3 gfx cards, 1300W is TOTAL overkill. Id also seriously consider if SSD are worth it, Ive done a lot of reading up on them myself as have been considering one, and most reports now are starting to question how good they are in a "used" condition, theyre supremely fast when factory fresh but once written to they start suffering from block rewrite penalty. If you want to read up on it, Id recomedn techreport, they have very thorough reviews on them there. Other than that looks ok, but you may want to consider the retail CPU as its only a few quid more and has better warranty

may stay with current psu, iam just thinking that oc'ing will eat power, and before buying proposed unit will try existing which is in 800w region. Thanks for heads up on ssd units, didn't consider they would become bogged down after use.

It should handle your system with the 8800GTX with no worries and probably a DX11, not sure about 2 in SLI/crossfire tho.
