Spec advise pls

Hi all trying to decide between this budget build and medium build

Asus P5Q PRO + E7500 + 4 GB XMS2 Dominator 1066 + Thermalright True Black 120 + 1000W Coolermaster Real Power Modular = £492
OR

Asus P5Q Deluxe + E8400 + 4 GB XMS2 Dominator 1066 + Thermalright True Black 120 + 1000W Coolermaster Real Power Modular = £564

The psu is to future proof (you know what i mean) sli and quad cpu which might u/g in say 3 yrs no point buying twice.

The rest i can use from sig, its a gaming machine but i want 4ghz min so hopefully my GTX wont bottleneck, any contructive advice pls

best bet is e8400 if you want 4ghz

i agree the e8400 is a much better chip than the e7500 and should overclock well just make sure you invest in a decent cooler if you do decide to overclock

Correct me if im wrong but is the Thermalright True Black 120 not regarded as one the best air coolers at this time :confused:

you may want to add a 120mm fan to that cooler if you don't allready have one
