Wanting a new printer to replace our old HP OfficeJet R45.

Wanting to print high quality photographs, scan, photocopy etc.

Budget £200 and under preferably.


What do you guys recommend?

Cheaper the better, as long as it does the job.
 
I picked up a Brother MFC-440CN today from a well-known retail park stationery store (can't post the name obviously). It does colour photo printing, fax, copy, scan, card reader, pictbridge. Best of all for me is that it has built in 10/100 ethernet as well as USB. So you can share the printer on a network and also do scanning and faxing over the ethernet as well. All for £110 inc VAT. Haven't done any photo printing yet, but suspect it may be a bit slow, but for that price I can put up with it. Otherwise, from OCUK I have never had any problems with my Canon photo printer, camera or scanner - all been very reliable. May be a bit over your set budget though.
