Spec chec ~£600 budget

Build a pc for my father in law (to be) he has asked me to build a pc photos, internet, itunes, office stuff, and a little bit of gaming.
His quoted budget was £500 to £600 to replace his aging celeron thing.
Now he has a decent tft and printer so its only the box i'm replacing.
What does everyone think of the following spec:

I've gone alittle over but i think its all best value kind of gear.
Anyone come up with something better inside the value ?

Any particular reason for the 32bit Vista?

If you are struggling to meet the budget I'd drop the second DVDRW for the moment.

You could save a little bit of cash by going for the Akasa Paxpower 460w instead of the Enermax as it would be more than capable.
