I'd perhaps consider the Antec Earthwatts 380w PSU over the Huntkey and it is a bit cheaper, although in fairness I haven't heard anything bad about the Huntkeys and they are supposed to have a lifetime warranty.

The Gigabyte P31-DSL is marginally cheaper but is supposed to be good for overclocking unless you particularly want a P35 based motherboard.

thanks semi-pro ,but do you know which board is better for Overclocking?
i may not be ordering for sometime but i want to get a rough idea of whats best to get and i will post the final spec before i buy, also how much of an improvement will it be over the origanal parts.

the pc is for a relative.

I don't have the motherboards for a direct comparison unfortunately but the Gigabyte comes fairly well recommended and has more user reviews, it is also marginally cheaper and I suspect better supported in terms of driver updates.

Either should do for your needs but personally I'd probably pick the Gigabyte for the fact that the driver support should be more regular than that by J&W.

Why not a 8600GT. Don't know how it compares with the HD 3650, but was (slightly) better than the HD 2600 range
