Spec check £550 budget

Hi guys,

This is the spec I have come up with for a friend for normal home use and some gaming. Largely based around 95thrifles excellent guide to choosing components.

Is there anything in this build i should be changing? My only concern I think is the case. I have gone for the BitFenix Merc Beta Gaming Case because the Alpha isn't in stock, and may not be for a couple of weeks (I need to place order this week). The difference between the two is that the Beta does not have vents on the top of the case. As this isn't a high end gaming machine I am hopping this won't be a problem. Or will it?

Build looks good bud, as so many have already pointed out :) I use that Z9 plus case a lot.....it comes with 4 fans, a digital temp display, fan controller, cable management and you can mount two 2.5 inch drives (SSDs are typically 2.5inch).....a lot to ask from a budget case.

I recommend you take the fan off the side panel as it does make a rattling noise, either mount it at the top or bottom of the case instead.
