Titan CPU cooler, Antec 300 and F3 spinpoint? Are these parts silent? Silent running is probably the most important consideration.

Im my experience yeah.
Could always take the fan off the cooler and go passive?
Have the Antec 300 myself and the 2 fans that come with it have 3 x speed settings, on low there great
