What do you guys think of this for budget between £800-900 for m-itx build to be used for gaming/graphic design and video editing.

No monitor/keyboard/mouse needed as already have them also have windows 7 ultimate disc.

I did mess up with the ram selection I need at least 16gb just noticed after I posted but i expect for that price i should be able to get 16gb no problem right?

I wasn't a fan of the Prodigy until I saw one in person yesterday nice case still bit bigger then I would like but not many options for m-itx unless anyone has some other suggestions for cases smaller or m-atx maximum size the same as Prodigy.

Shipping is added in that image but I qualify for free shipping so it comes in just under £900

That's a lot to spend on memory. This is half the price:

Put the difference towards a 7950 (with the 8 game offer), it'll perform a lot better. A green drive will be quite a bit slower than a regular one.

You're missing a CPU cooler - the stock one will be noisy at load, and you won't really be able to overclock.

I did state I made a mistake with the ram I thought it was 16gb but then noticed after I posted it was only 8gb.

16gb is needed.

Can't really do much about cooler budget has been reached but this is why I am asking people what they think suggestions for alternatives are very much welcome.

I have a ssd as main drive in the list the green drive is for storage.

The system is similar to my build "check out my Bitfenix Diary in here

I picked up a 4670K for 171.99 retail off an auction site, others went from 165 to 1.75
so you cans ave yourself somemoney there.

also I have seen 660 Ti amp aditions for 161 that should beat that ATI, I would shop around for the OCZ 500 modstream it can be had for 50 sterlings

You are buying an Overclocking Board & and Overclocking CPU, but using the standard cooler? are you waiting on a H80 refurb?

I did have a look but couldn't find any that cheap the cheapest I found was £190 so you got a very good deal.

Just found that 660ti so will be going for that only downsides I was hoping to order everything from one place but I noticed if ordering from few I can save a fair amount.

The plan was to get cooler at later time when I had the funds £900 is the max I can spend but now with finding how I can save on few bits I have saved extra between £30-40 for a cooler.

switching to this ram Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB (2x8GB) PC3-17100C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit (KHX21C11T3K2/16X)

Any one have any other suggestions of builds i did state i would be willing to go for matx if the case is sort of size as Prodigy?

I also noticed this topic was moved to small form factor only for some reason

That all looks fine. If you could change anything, I would switch in a 7950 instead of the 660ti, but since you've got one cheap, that would go overbudget.

I went for that graphics card it fit into budget perfectly and in some reviews it showed that version card is on par with 7950 in fair few games so not bad for a card that is £60+ cheaper then 7950.

Has any one used that msi board i can't find any reviews? also do you think that ram I selected is worth it over say 1600 which is £30+ cheaper for 16gb?

last question if anyone has h80 in prodigy would it fit at the top with 5.25 bay left in?

Looks like it was a pricing error for the graphics card my order was just cancelled so need to choose another card.

I might drop the ram down to TeamGroup Elite Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (TED316GM1600HC11DC01) and use the £20 saved towards another graphics card but don't have a clue which one now with only £185 to spend then.
