:)

What is your max budget?

I think I went over my budget ages ago ... just hoping the missus don't cotton on .... I could perhaps add another £100 ish .... and maybe tell the kids that christmas is January 25th ....

Thanks for the cooler recommend Zakblood .... i've added the first one with the fans to my basket.

How much bigger do I need to go on the PSU ?

Yep, have a 500gb hd and win7 pro retail if I can find the disk and box ....

I've updated the PSU as suggested :)

Thanks very much for the advice guys ... have a great xmas :D

Glad I came back to check the thread just before I clicked order .... will I get by with the 7950 say on mid graphics settings ? or am I gonna have issues ? .... the sort of games I like are Total War series that kind of thing ....

If I need another 7950 will the motherboard and PSU support this ?

Check out some of the reviews for the 7950 and see what resolutions it was tested at.

i only play the total war series all off steam with a few other games, got the bundle when it was cheap in the sale, less than £30 was on a 1 day special, all there game collection and all addons, was a steal

total war grand master collection, games play so much better with a high end card, 7850 rocks, anything bigger and unless you play at ultra with a silly size screen and res it's not really needed, but buy it anyway as faster is always better for games

Total War Grand Master Collection
29.99 GBP

better than 1 full priced
