Alright everyone loads of people on this forum have been a real help when guiding me along building my own desktop and I think I have finally come up with a spec I like - but I would I was wondering if you could check it all over for me before I buy.

UPDATE 25 June!

Note - I know I do not have a SSD but I think I will wait untill they come down in price as the little storage I dont feel is worth the money.

Also I know the h60 has a free fan but I will be getting this from somewere else, but should i upgrade the stock fan reguardless? Or should I be getting a different cooling system seeing as I dont think im going to be overclocking (although may change).

I will be putting the two F3's into RAID 0.

Thanks everyone.

Is this a gaming PC?

If so, switch to a 2500K.

If not, leave the spec as it is and hit the buy button.

Looks a nice spec, you could go with the 2500k cpu, but this would depend what you use your pc for.

I will be doing bit of everything how comes 2500k is better than the 2600k in terms of gaming?

Also this is quite possibly going to be the most stupid question ever asked on these forums but - the case im going to buy is the same one but a special edition nvidia version, so what if im using a ati card its just casing right? Its 100% going to fit?

Is there any other cases I could possibly look at or is this one as good as its gunna get at this price range?

It's not that the 2500K is better at gaming, it's that the 2600K is not better at gaming :) So you can save some money if you have primarily gaming in mind.

The 'NVidia' edition looks like some fancy marketing stuff. Cosmetic touches for the fanboys. If you like the looks then there won't be a problem, but it's not my thing :)

Also look up the Corsair Obsidian 650D in the same price range. It's a smaller case.

Im not a fanboy, i just like how it looks. Maybe I'll wait a day or two to get a perfect case as my only problem with the HAF-X is how big it is it could get annoying.

Im gonna stick with the i7 as I will be doing some gaming I will be by no means a hardcore player - SWTOR when it releases but thats an mmo so no real problems there with fps.

Yeah I like that case too gunna make sure I got all the funds in the bank then ill buy it.
Ill revive this thread when all the parts arrive and ill let you know how I got on with the build.

The Antec Kuhler620 performs better and is cheaper than the H60.

Also nice to see you have gone for a quality Lian-Li case:)

They are both quiet, the only thing I seen a lot of reports about from all these watercooling devices is buzzing from the pump.
