Ok thank you very much ill do some more reading on the monitor.
Could i replace the fans on the silver arrow for ones with leds or would this mess with the preformance / make it any louder?

Leave the fans, they are a special shape, will be quiet.

It will, someone on these forums even got it to fit in a Coolermaster Elite430.

Do check out that epic deal on that modern Acer 24" screen.

It does come with the heatsink, in a little tube.

Is the paste good or should I buy my own?
Also Just put a tiny dot on right? Like the size of a pea and just fit the heatsink simple enough?

You can certainly buy some, its only like £6 for say Artic Silver5, MX-4, IC Diamond.

Just put a pea sized blob in the center and the force of the the heatsink will spread it out.
