Spec check before OCUK shuts

Spec check time guys:

In need of new PC bits before OCUK shuts for delivery tomorrow (what time is that?). Only concern between the 2 specs is that i need Physx for Empire: Total War. Any suggestions on making it cheaper or better appreciated

Is the 620W PSU too much or do you think a smaller one will cut it?

Also would my Antec 500W be suitable, i am OC the cpu from 2.14 to 2.7 (not huge) but i dont want any stability problems later.
