Spec check, cheap system.

Hi, Im looking to build a new PC, i want to build quite a 'value' (read as cheap) system, and so far ive come up with this :

I want to try to get one under £200(or there abouts), cant really stretch much further, drives will come from my current pc, so just the basics really, i can always add to it as time goes on, i think theres enough slots etc.

I hear the celeron can really leap, overclocking wise, 100% OC's seem around on air, but i'd probably settle for 3ghz, hence the CPU cooler.

I dont think you can get much better for the price, but comment and critisims are welcome, if theres anything to avoid etc.

£2 cheaper infact.

I suppose the bundles aren't always the best, that definately seems better though, and no need to overclock really.
