Spec Check + Compatability question!

Im currently looking at the following build:

Can anyone recommend me anything slightly different to this? Also does the nvidia card work correctly on a crossfire P35 board or would i have to get an SLI one?

Any compatability issues people have seen and can help me with would be great, bout £500 is what im looking at spending or there abouts.

Ok that saves me messing up a creditcard I wasnt 100% sure on the ram, was also looking at the:
