Hi, hope someone can check this spec for me and advise.

Core 2 Duo e6320
Gigabyte DS3 or DQ6 which would be best?
2GB Corsair TwinX DDR2 PC6400 or Geil DDR2 800Mhz Memory 4-4-4-12 ??
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
250gb hardrive unsure which
8800GTS 320mb, play fairly low res so not much use in 640mb?
Is it worth waiting to see what r600 is like?

Will be running off a Tagan 480W PSU.

Cheers

I'd go with the DS3P

Corsair all the way but Crucial Ballistix would be even better. It's on sale too. ;)

This is a pretty good cooler but with a hot quad core like the Xeon I'd rather have the Noctua NH-U12F.

Seagate 7200.10 is what I'd get

How low? Any plans to get a new monitor any time soon?

It looks like R600 won't be a huge performance, just the same performance but a little cheaper. I wouldn't say it's worth waiting for.

What case do you have?

Not a bad spec, whats your overall budget?

I would change the Memory to this:

The Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3P is a good bored.

The Artic Cooler is alright i guess but might limit your overclock, this one`s good.

This Hard Drive is excellent:

I would pretty much go for the 8800 GTS, great card, great price.

As for your Tagan Power Supply, it leave very little room for upgrades.
