Spec check CPU, MB & RAM

I'm going to upgrade from 5800X3D to 7800X3D, so do these look ok to go with it?..
I'd prefer to stick with a MSI MB and definitely want to stay with Corsair for RAM

Is there any problem with using 4x16GB sticks instead of 2x32GB?
The MB is way cheaper elsewhere, but I'll see if OCUK will price match (they have done before).

The MSI x670e TOMAHAWK is in the same price bracket as for memory should be fine using 4 dimns but there is always that you won't know till you try.
