Spec check. Decent all round PC

His budget is ~ £1100, wants it to most things pretty well. Quite a bit of Gaming, but only on a single monitor @ 1080p. I've left room for upgrade options in the future.
I suggested a Silver Arrow or Noctua NH-D14 (But he insists on a water kit )
Any possible improvements or savings suggestions welcome
