Spec Check - Enough PSU Power?

Hi just a quick question, do you think my Tagan 580W will be sufficient enough to power the following an upgrade? Advice would be appreciated, thanks.

hmmmm, 580W may be just about ok. However, it may be worth going for the Corsair 620W just to give you that little extra head room.
 
I'll never sli/crossfire, but if I was to go quad core, which would be the next ideal PSU? Would the Seasonic M12 Modular 700W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply be sufficient?
 
Cheers guys added the Seasonic M12 Modular 700W Silent ATX2.0 PSU to my order, I'll mis my tagan it was very quiet, hope this is too! :p
