Hey, my friend want's a new base unit for general use, bit of gaming (on small/med screen). Does this look ok. His budget is ~£400

Plan to install Vista Sp1 x86

DRR2/DDR3 combo boards are terrible.

Buy a similarily priced Asus P5Q P45 alternative & swap the PSU to the Corsair TX 650W.

I would choose pure P35 or P45 if money ok.
