Spec check -Low end pov. spec!

Quick spec check if I may,

I'm building a PC for my mum. She wants quick and reliable. No big applications, needs to be able to web surf, do accounts, word process and play the occasional web based game. She also likes surfing street view and watching iplayer video on a 22" widescreen display.

What do we think?

I currently have a 8800GT in my PC I'm thinking of sticking that in too and getting a cheap end GeForce GTX 275 card for just under £200.
I'm not sure onboard video will be up to 22" screen size native res. to watch films on.
 
You may want to upgrade the CPU to an e5200 as the new HD section on iplayer is now very popular and is not GPU accelerated. Also, you could save some money and put windows 7 release candidate on it (its free for a year).
 
I've looked at the RC 7, but to be honest, Mum'll end up paying for windows at some point and the blurb suggests that it'll be a full re-install job for June 2010. Don't fancy that!
 
Specs look fine, except I'd go the Intel route though that's more opinion. I think they are better bang for buck? Anyway, you may as well get Home Premium. It includes Aero and isn't that much more expensive than Home Basic.
