Ok, boredom has set in, bonus has arrived. Its time for a new toy.

I'm looking to go Sandy-E, SLI 780's, and just bit of an all around upgrade and future proof somewhat with a PSU that will last me years etc.

I'm not sure that I need all the features of the Rampage board - I'm certainly not going to be trying LN2 or anything like that - however I dont know of another board that is as highly rated to be a great board to Overclock with.

RAM seems like a no brainer to me. Graphics cards are the only non reference ones I can find, and given that I'm moving away from 7970's precisely because the reference ones sound like a jet engine landing these seem like a good choice.

Opinions please?

Edit: All of this is getting lumped into a Corsair 800D at the moment. The only other case I've seen that I really like the look of the Carbide 540 but shes not around yet. Any other suggestions on a decent air cooling case that that doesnt look like it was designed by a movie special effects team?

I should mention that I'm cannibalizing the SSD and HDD's from this rig, so no need to worry about those.

Also I'm just not sold on Haswell at the moment, or Ivy-E. Ivy-E is being talked about as a 10% performance boost over Sandy-E, but if you have the same problems you had with the internal heatsink and having to de-lid etc, its just not worth it for me.
