Spec check & need advice

I'm building a new machine from scratch for the first time in about seven years. After weeks of reading up, I think I've cracked my spec list:

i5 2500K
Asus P8P67 PRO
Corsair Vengence 8GB (2x4GB) PC3-12800C9
Sony DVD drive
Coolermaster CM690 II Advanced
Coolermaster Silent Pro Modular 600W
Corsair A50 CPU Cooler
OCZ Vertex 60GB SSD

I already have a Dell 2408 WFP and a couple of Samsung F3s, plus I'm using my current Sapphire X1950 GFX card until I decide which new card to buy (any suggestions for ~£100?)

I've heard I may struggle with Vengence RAM and certain coolers - is the A50 going to be OK?
