It should, however with all that you described in that case, you're going to have some problems fitting it all in and keeping it all cool as well.

What's the system for? What's the budget? There certainly are better components for around the same price. :)

It's for under the TV with Xp MCE and might do some gaming now and then, im only buying the case, ram and gfx card ive got everthing else and thought i put them to some use. i was going to build a conroe-L based system but got feedup with waiting.
ive got £60 for the case the gfx card is just over £70 and the ram is £88 on overclockers but i could put more to it.

got to go now and will be back later.
cheers.

Back now,
So, should this system be ok? or will a rethink be in order? i could do this to use less power

Thanks Jonny,
just found the celerons. a 440 for £31 retail with a low profile heatsink, a motherboard for £24 plus i have a half hight x1600pro sitting at a freinds house so mybe ill build htpc instead.

Hi Pulse,
Thats a nice price for that system, but it's just for under the TV and would waisted really, dont need it to rip dvd's or do any photo editing and i'm sure the 3700+/4000+ or Celeron-L can still rip through anything thats thrown at them.

i just really need to know if the antec case and power supply will cope with this system.

might be pushing it just a little but i have got my x2 4200 (overclocked), 2gb ram, 2 harddrives, a very powerhungry X1900XT (overclocked) and dvd drive in my shuttle which has a 350W PSU.
