I'd take a look around @Pinball-Fantasies you can deffo pick up a 16" RTX 4050 for under £800 in a non gaming chassis

Initial budget was c£1400 based on your spec? I was assuming this was an Asus Zenbook or equivalent.
Switching from an ultra portable to an RTX equipped machine would get you something decent in budget.
An RTX Ultra Portable won't be cheap though at the 32gb/Ultra 9 spec. Dell XPS 14 with RTX 4050 and 16gb / Ultra 7 is £1500
Depends what you need as your priority.
Very different use case if you want to stay at the 14" ultra portable size vs the 16" Lenovo.
