Might want to overclock slightly (a couple of houndred MHz but nothing major as i want to keep heat and noise down)

Any Good????

drop the ram down to some 6400, or get a more powerfull CPU to warrant the 8500 RAM...

Under that cooler the E2200 will hit 3Ghz with nothing changed other than the FSB and you will probubly see no difference in fan speed or noise.
