Ok going to be ordering this in the next few weeks please can you check it to see if I'm missing anything or should change anything. I'm not get a ssd just yet. Perhgaps in the next few months.

Its going to be used for photoshop, c4d and gaming.

Cheers

You don't need the fan clips (the Rev.B Megahalems comes with enough), and might want to get a PWM splitter (OcUK stock the Akasa one).

Maybe a modular PSU, but that's just personal preference.

i have both a F3 and a WD green and yes the samsung is quicker and better, dont get me wrong the WD greens are very good drives but are intended more as backups.

I use my F3 for apps/games that I dont want on my SSD and the WD green for films, music, etc

I think you should get 1 fanclip... the megahalems comes with only one, and you ordered 2 fans for push/pull so you will need another fanclip.

Also... can anyone tell me what the PWM splitter is for?

Thanks

Case and graphics is abit steep,

Thats graphics ain't worth it, barely any difference between the 5770, seriously! If you really wanted that, atleast get the vapor X version !

You don't need 850W, go for a HX650W (modular, neater and cheaper) and will easily let you run and overclock that set up.

Get two spinpoint f3s 500g set up in raid0 if you want great speeds and performance, because with the f1s in the 1tb version, heard they get noisy.

The Mega comes with 2 clips 100% :) Also the TIM that comes with the heatsink is pretty good, no need for the AS5 unless your really need to drop an extra 0.7C-1C haha.

Be careful with the Sony dvd burner, its fast, got the same one on my grandfathers i5 build but it gets really noisy ! I'd suggest the Samsung version. It was nosier than all the system lmao.

heres the build for proof :)

This is just my opinion guys, backed up with some pretty good reviews :P

Personally, I'd get a 5850 > 5870, its about £80-£100 difference more hardly any benefit, a 5850 will run everything you throw at it atm.

As mentioned i'd change the hard drive to a Samsung F3 and i wouldn't pay the price for that case but thats just personal preference.
