Spec check only a few parts needed

Right ive decided to buy some parts to a build that will be done before BF3.

All i need to know right now is will:
Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z Intel Z68
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-15000C9 1866MHz Dual Channel Kit **THIS WEEK ONLY**

Will they work together?

Im only buying a couple parts at a time, and ideally when there in this week only offers:p But i should have all the parts i need before mid september.

After i bought the motherboard and ram all i need then is the cpu/cooler/case/gpu. But ive already picked thoes parts so now i just need to know about the motherboard and ram.

don't want to put a downer on your plans, but are you going to be able to test them when you have them.

reason i ask is you have a set period of time when you can return faulty parts, if your outside that window your stuffed.
 
They'll work together but any particular reason for a £300 motherboard?

Unless you're going for some extreme build a motherboard half the price would suffice.

If you want to spend £60 on 1866MHz RAM instead of £48 on 1600MHz RAM then no big deal but have you ensured your CPU cooler choice is compatible with the large heatsinks on the Vengeance?

If you do get the Maximus IV Extreme have you ensured your choice of case will fit E-ATX boards and whatever CPU cooler you've chosen?
