You've got all necessary parts there but it is a bit of an odd combination. The motherboard is based on the 945 chipset so is a bit of a budget option and won't be much cop for overclocking probably however the Ram is pretty decent and would allow you to do a fair bit, the CPU almost begs for overclocking. You've picked a beige DVDRW and a silver case?

Do I take it you aren't a gamer based on the graphics card?

Finally I might have to suggest another PSU, the Hiper might not be all that terrible any more but bad reputations die hard. :)

I'd normally do a specification instead but my internet connection seems to be dying on its feet so I'll say that you should probably be looking at a P35 based motherboard or even a 965P based motherboard if it is cheap enough. Akasa do good budget PSUs or Antec do decent PSU and case combos.

basically just putting together something for office stuff that is a little demanding (2 monitors, word processing and some other bits and bobs)

I guess I could lower the spec a little, dual core and lots of ram are essential, as I always do lots of things at once, and the accounting package is memory intensive.

any furthre suggestions based on usage??

With a bit of re-jigging (and £20 extra) you can get a system with 4gb Ram that should also allow a bit further potential for overclocking. NB that you will need a 64bit OS to access all the 4gb of Ram. :)
