If not then I would go for an athlon quad over the phenom.
Also do you really need SATA6 and USB3? The WD caviar black is nowhere near needing SATA6 (almost nothing does). You could save about £40 by going for a different mobo. Maybe the M4A785TD-V evo or similar?
Might be nice to include a SSD boot disk for super fast program loading and boot ups. I like my OCZ vertex 30GB but you might be able to afford something bigger if you have money left over.
I know that the Gigabyte GA-770TA-UD3 is a good overclocking motherboard put I suppose it maybe better to get a motherboard with cooled VRMs for some serious six core overclocking. Also an air cooler like the Titan Fenrir would also be needed too.
