Going to order some parts just want to make sure they r good and compatable.

That is just spare ram that i have, but wanted to make sure it will be compatible with this motherboard first. Also does this CPU come with a heatsink +fan ? should i get a better one ? hate loud fans!!

will that cooler fit in a Cooler Master CM-690 II Lite ?

I take it the gigabyte board is the better one then, will it be fine running until i can update the bios ? bios easy to update on gigabyte boards ? i have only used Asus in the past with there Ez bios update
