Hi All,

Building another Trinity. What do you think to this build? Any improvements etc? For basic every day use, nothing heavy. Already have hard drive, OS, monitor and peripherals.. I'm not sure about the cooler..

Its come in under budget by about £50 so any improvement advice appreciated.

im sure those trinity chips run better with faster ram. invest in some 2100mhz ram

havent looked at mboard so make sure it supports it.
 
 
 
sorry nothing too heavy but games will be being played. Not BF3 on Ultra but low fps adventure games, maybe the odd rpg etc.. Hence the decision on Trinity. Thanks

I have to say, those results have thrown me, I was under the assumption that the trinity blows the i3 and i5 out the water graphically. I was going to go for an i3 - budget card build but decided on the Trinity.

Why are they so popular, purely due to the price? Forgive my n00bness..
 
i think trinity does beat the i3 so for low end specs that cannot afford a dedicated gpu to go with i3 , trinity is better choice. but i5 hd 400 integrated will win trinity any day of the week.

trinity better for htpc builds also :)
 
 
oh I need a graphics card, I forgot that bit! For around £70 ish or cheaper if poss. Wont be running anything high fps but would like it to run games normal or low for a good few years. Maybe 2nd hand good'n perhaps, I'm not sure..
