Spec Check please guys

Budget is £300 - £380, is there any way i could this better/cheaper ?
Don't need graphics as i'm sticking with my x1950 pro, also gonna stay with the Sonata case i have.

I'll be upgrading from an Opty146 with Asrock Dual Sata, so i'm assuming i'll see a nice performance boost ?

are you OCing?
if so get the e2180 and OC to 3ghz.

yeah i'd say get an e2180 and clock the nuts off it

to get the most out of it get a tuniq tower or a thermalight 120 extreme, if they'll fit that is =p

I see what you're saying but won't the difference in the L2 caches make a difference performance wise?
Could i oc the 6550 ?
