Spec Check please - Similar setup to paul_64l's machine

Hi - I'm thinking of getting a similar spec machine to paul_64l.

If anyone or paul_64l has a similar setup could they let me know:

1. If they like it?
2. Would you change anything?
3. Is it noisey?

I'd like a machine that was as quiet as possible but also want good performance for the cost.
Here's my proposed spec - all comments welcome please

Intel C2D E6600
Asus P5N-E 650i or the Gigabyte DS3P (I still haven't decided)
8800GTX 768MB or a Asus GeForce 8800 GTS HTDP 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI to save some money
2GB x OCZ DDR2-850 or the Crucial Ballistix PC2-5300C3 (Someone said the Crucial Ballistix PC2-5300C3 is the same as Ballistix PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit???? will get thsi confirmed before buying)
X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Fatal1ty
2x 320gb 72.1000 16mb raid0 (I already have these)
Corsair hx 620w (Is this quiet? Would a different PSU be better?)

Antec Nine Hundred
Scythe Ninja
Noctua NC-U6

I was worried about the PSU being noisey - are the Corsair HX's generally considered quiet?

Great, thanks for the tips and the link - it was a good read.

I'm just not 100% about the RAM now, is it definite that there is no difference between the Crucial Ballistix PC2-5300C3 667Mhz and Ballistix PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit?
