I have heard of people having problems with that psu, so it would probably be a good idea to get a better one.
If you're looking for silence, get an Antec P180 and a Seasonic S12 430, that should be an excellent combination but it is a little expensive.
All the Antec cases with psus are good, so for something a little cheaper consider the Antec SLK3800 with 400w psu for £64 or the Antec NSK4400 with 380w psu for £46 although that may not be powerfull enough.

Cheers joe i'll try and stretch the budget, oo theres the Antec Sonata II Piano Black Quiet Case - 450W Smart Power PSU for £77 :)
